Ever since January, the students have been working hard on their upcoming production of Annie Jr. on Saturday, April 13th, at Holy Name Jr./Sr. High School. During Thursday afternoon rehearsals and morning recesses, students perfect their acting, singing, and dancing skills through teamwork and practice. From the stellar lead roles to the amazing ensemble members, the Assumption School Drama Club is sure to put on an outstanding performance.
We are coming to the end of our letter study. The students have done such an amazing job learning the letters, their sounds, and the formation. We are getting excited for the end of the school year. We are looking forward to warmer weather and getting back outside after a long winter indoors. We have a field trip to Southwick’s Zoo booked for May and I can’t wait to teach the students about the different animals we will be seeing at the Zoo.
